  • Point of Sale (Recording Office): Fees may be paid by cash, check, debit card or credit card. If a debit or credit card is utilized there is a 2.75% merchant processing fee on the entire transaction.

The standard recording fee is $21 for the first page and $3 for each additional page.
  • $7 goes to the State of Missouri
    • $1 Secretary of State Local Preservation Fund
    • $1 State Surveyor Fund
    • $3 State Housing Trust Fund
    • $2 State Statutory County Recorder's Fund
  • $14 stays with Jackson County
