Walk, ride or run a different trail every Sunday in October! The month of October is ideal for exercising outside ~ the temperatures are cool and the colors are spectacular. Walktober makes the most of this great season by inviting participants on a tour of autumn’s most vibrant landscapes and inspiring everyone to make movement a priority! Commemorative Walktober buttons, designed by artist Liz Vargas, for the first 200 participants at each location. Attend all four events and collect all four designs shown below!

Walktober 2022 kicks off on the Westside segment of the Riverfront Heritage Trail, then travels to the rugged terrain of Cave Springs. Next is MLK Park and the Brush Creek Trail, and finishes out east on the Little Blue Trace! The first three events also include Plein Air Quick Paint Contests.

Dogs on leashes are welcome. All events are free and open to the public but we do ask that you pre-register. REGISTER HERE
