Timeline to Re-Open Assessment, Collection Offices

Starting Monday April 22, Assessment & Collection will be open at the Truman Courthouse. 8 – 11 a.m: Open to previously scheduled appointments, seniors, & physically disabled individuals. 11 a.m. – 5 p.m: Open to scheduled appointments and walk-ins as time permits. You can schedule an appointment through Qless or by coming into the office.

The Jackson County Medical Examiner’s Office seeks the assistance of the public to help identify the remains of individuals in our care. Efforts are made to identify the body, including posts on this website, NamUS, comprehensive internet searches, and local law enforcement resources.

The Jackson County Medical Examiner's Office is attempting to find any family or friends of the following individuals who could help identify these remains.
