Unclaimed Individuals

The Jackson County Medical Examiner’s Office seeks the assistance of the public to help locate next of kin and/or friends to claim remains. Efforts are made to locate next of kin to claim the body, including posts on this website, comprehensive internet searches, and local law enforcement resources. If no responses are generated, the process of a county cremation will begin for Jackson County to take jurisdiction and begin county disposition procedures.

 

                Attempting to find any family or friends of the following individuals: 

Lawrence Wood: A 73-year-old white male, who was found deceased at his residence in the 6100 block of East 129^th St. in Grandview, MO. 

Charles Perryman: A 68-year-old white male, who was pronounced deceased at Research Medical Center.

Diovionne Moore: A 33-year-old black male, who was found deceased near the 1700^th block of Main St in Kansas City, MO 64108.

Edward Steward: A 67-year-old black male, who was pronounced deceased at Truman Medical Center.

James D. Campbell: A 60-year-old white male, who was pronounced deceased at NKCH after being found at Corrington St and 435 Hwy in Kansas City, MO 64120.
