Unclaimed Individuals
The Jackson County Medical Examiner’s Office seeks the assistance of the public to help locate next of kin and/or friends to claim remains. Efforts are made to locate next of kin to claim the body, including posts on this website, comprehensive internet searches, and local law enforcement resources. If no responses are generated, the process of a county cremation will begin for Jackson County to take jurisdiction and begin county disposition procedures.
Attempting to find any family or friends of the following individuals:
Christian Razo: A 42-year-old Hispanic male, who was found unresponsive near the area of 130 Linwood Blvd. in Kansas City, MO. He later passed away at St. Luke’s Plaza Hospital.
Steven Cox: A 65-year-old White male that passed at Lakewood Long Term Care in Kansas City, Missouri.
Sondra Welsh: A 56-year-old White female found deceased at her residence on the 10000 block of Jefferson Street in Kansas City, MO
Bernard Hibbard: A 69-year-old white male, who was found deceased at his residence near the 5600th block of St. John Ave in Kansas City, MO.
