BOE Hearings conducted by telephone

Docket will begin 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM; hearings will conclude when final item on the docket is addressed therefore, the hearings may end before 1:00 PM.

The Board of Equalization (BOE) will resume conducting BOE appeal hearings by phone rather than in person. The Board will contact each Appellant on the hearing date. The Board's decision is due to the concern of large gatherings related to COVID-19 (aka novel coronavirus)

If the taxpayer does not answer the call when the first attempt to contact is made, a second attempt to contact will be made later the same day, time permitting. Should time not permit, the Board, in its discretion, may determine the fair market value of the subject property based on evidence previously submitted.
