To be Aquatic Venue certified with the Jackson County Environmental Health Department, you are required to have one of these certifications; Certified Pool/Spa Operator Certification Program (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO).
Certification
The CPO & AFO courses can be taken online or in classroom sessions. There is an array of courses available 24 hours a day, courses vary in price. Once certificated you MUST PRINT OUT CERTIFICATION. Courses available in English and Spanish.

- Name and address of the facility
- Date and time of visit
- What you saw
