Jackson County Executive Statement

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Jackson County Executive Frank White, Jr. has issued the following statement:

“I want to express my deep admiration for President Joe Biden – a man of empathy, integrity and resilience who has worked tirelessly to uphold democracy and foster unity over division. His decades of leadership as a public servant have guided us through unprecedented challenges, consistently focusing on creating a better future for all Americans. This includes his advocacy for a woman's right to choose, access to contraception, efforts to reduce crime, and the implementation of common-sense gun safety measures such as background checks and red flag laws. We are forever grateful for his unwavering commitment.

“As we look to the future, I wholeheartedly support Vice President Kamala Harris for President. Her experience, vision and passion for service make her the ideal candidate to continue the work of building a stronger, more inclusive America. Vice President Harris embodies the values and determination needed to lead our country forward, and I am confident in her ability to inspire and unite us all.”
