Water pressure restored at downtown Jackson County Courthouse
 
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Jackson County is pleased to announce that repairs have been completed at the downtown county courthouse and water pressure has been fully restored. The courthouse will re-open for normal business hours on Monday, July 1.
Residents who have appointments or require in-person services today from the Assessment, Collection and Recorder of Deeds departments can continue to visit the Historic Truman Courthouse in Independence, which remains open and fully operational. The County apologizes for any inconvenience the temporary closure may have caused and thanks the public for their patience and understanding.
