Timeline to Re-Open Assessment, Collection Offices

Starting Monday April 22, Assessment & Collection will be open at the Truman Courthouse. 8 – 11 a.m: Open to previously scheduled appointments, seniors, & physically disabled individuals. 11 a.m. – 5 p.m: Open to scheduled appointments and walk-ins as time permits. You can schedule an appointment through Qless or by coming into the office.

Public Information Meeting on Funding for Outside Agencies 02-23-23

A public meeting will be held February 23, 2023 at the Robert J. Mohart Multipurpose FOCUS Center at 3200 Wayne Avenue, Kansas City, MO at 6:00 p.m. to inform interested parties on how to apply for Jackson County Outside Agency Funding. The funding is designed to support community-based nonprofit organizations that assist residents in need of support. Primary consideration is given to nonprofit organizations that directly benefit Jackson County residents by addressing health and human services, basic needs and emergency assistance. The application process will open on Friday, February 24, 2023.
