Everyone’s favorite chilling dip is set to return soon.
The Annual Polar Plunge benefiting Special Olympics is scheduled for January 25, 2025, at Jackson County’s Longview Lake.
There are currently 372 registered participants. Participants must be at least 10 years old and raise a minimum of $75 each by event day (every member on a team must raise the $75 minimum).
The Kansas City Plunge had 480 plungers in 2024 and raised more than $123,800.
