County Associates bake up a tasty competition

County associates recently battled it out in a tasty competition of who could bake the best sourdough.

Eight employees presented nine loafs to be judged:

• Gabriele Crafford – Double Chocolate Espresso Loaf
• Maria Trozzolo – Cranberry Walnut Loaf
• Pamela Behl – Plain Sourdough & Double Chocolate Cream Cheese Loaf
• Julio Castillo – Double Chocolate Loaf
• Paige Wright – Mexican Hot Chocolate Loaf
• Raven Heninger – Jalapeno Cheddar Loaf
• Nichole Erickson – Vintage Cheddar Cheese Loaf
• Eli Postlethwait – Plain Sourdough

Best In Show was awarded to Nichole Erickson, Best Presentation to Gabriele Crafford, Most Creative to Paige Wright and Most Spirited to Pamela Behl.

Submissions were judged on appearance, taste and texture.
