Jackson County offices at Truman Courthouse in Independence will have a delayed opening Monday, June 29, 2026. Offices will open at 10:00 AM.

Jackson County Assessment and Collection Offices will be open Saturday, April 20, May 4, May 11 and May 18, from 8 AM - Noon at the Historic Truman Courthouse on the Independence Square.
Walk-ins will be taken and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis for same day appointments.
