Please note: Once you start the application, you will have to complete the application in order to submit. You will not be able to save or return to your application.
Only submit one application per business. Submitting multiple applications for the same business will delay the processing and issuing of your certificate. Please print a copy of your application, before submitting if you wish to have a copy.
Timeline
Typically, a certificate of compliance is issued within 3-5 business days. Holidays and office closures may cause a delay in processing. If there are any issues, or concerns with a submitted application, you will be contacted via email.
Bid response and Agency funding application deadlines
An application for a certificate of compliance must be submitted 5 business days in advance of any Jackson County deadline in order to guarantee the issuance of a certificate in time for that deadline.
