** The county is required to combine parcels adjacent and with the same owner name. If the adjacent properties have a different owner/entity name then they will be split.

For the county you can request to combine a property by emailing asmtmapping@jacksongov.org or calling 816-881-4561, they will be combined for the following tax year. Parcels must be adjacent and owned by the same entity/entity’s names via deed and all property taxes paid.

If a plat or survey boundary was recorded with the county you can find a copy at the recorder of deeds, if those do not contain your specific boundaries that you are looking for, then a surveyor will have to be hired to find your boundaries.
