The Jackson County Legislature will have a public hearing on Ordinance #5744 transferring $358,376.00 within the 2023 Park Fund, appropriating $358,376.00 from the undesignated fund balance of the 2023 Rock Island Capital Project Fund, and authorizing the execution of a Second Amendment to the Cooperative Agreement with the City of Lee’s Summit, MO, for improvements to Chipman Road.
