County Counselor

Responsibilities

The County Counselor is an attorney, appointed by the County Executive. He is charged with the administration of the duties of the County Counselor's Office, including all aspects of direct legal counsel, mental health, assessment litigation, claims litigation, legislative counsel and delinquent tax enforcement.
