The BOE will conduct appeal hearings by phone rather than in person. Docket will begin at 9:00 AM and end at 10:00 AM. Dockets are subject to change as updates become available. A Hearing Officer will contact each Appellant on the hearing date.
If the taxpayer does not answer when the first attempt to contact is made, a second attempt will be made later the same day, time permitting. Should time not permit, the Board, in its discretion, may determine the fair market value of the subject property based on evidence previously submitted.
