Who let the dogs out?!  Join more than 3,000 dogs and dog lovers for a doggone good time at the Kemper Outdoor Education Center!  Explore more than 100 booths featuring everything from pet photos and pet supplies to pet sitters and rescue.  Take part in contests like Best Trick, Best Kisser, Best Tail Wagger, Best Biscuit Eater, Dog/Owner Look-alikes, and the always popular Halloween Costume Contest!  Participate in Gunny Sack Races, Bobbing for Biscuits and Musical Discs.  Test your pet's skills in Agility, Obedience, Rally, Weave Pole, and Frisbee or sign up for the Canine Good Citizen. Visit MakeYourDayHere.com/Dogtober for more information!
