Experience the sights and smells of Missouri’s historic foods!  Interpretive staff and volunteers will prepare a wide variety of early nineteenth century foods and beverages using historic methods. Visitors will learn how the soldiers and civilians preserved food for the long winter and take home the recipes for some of our favorite historic foods.
