1. What time are we required to close? 10:00pm? Normally we are open until 12:00.

No, weddings do not need to close at 10.

2. Can patrons be served at the bar with proper social distancing? We currently are using wide plexiglass shields at all bars.

Need to be seated.

3. What is the maximum occupancy % for an outdoor rooftop ceremony? Our rooftop occupancy is normally 300.

50 people, unless they submit gathering protocol.

4. Can dancing occur in specific family groups?

We understand that dancing probably will occur, but we wouldn’t encourage it. Need to wear masks and social distance from other households.

5. Are 72" tables limited to 8 people per?

Now changed to 10 people. This is for all table sizes.

6. Are we still using 50% occupancy if we have adequate social distancing?

Weddings are at 50 people unless they submit gathering protocol.

7. If weddings are the same do we need to send in approval documentation everytime?

Each wedding will need to submit gathering protocol.
