Pink Ribbon Road Show 'Driving Breast Cancer To The Curb'

Pink Ribbon Road Show

Jackson County, Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA), City of Kansas City and the American Cancer Society kicked off the Pink Ribbon Road Show with a solidarity walk at Ilus W. Davis Park in Kansas City on Oct. 17, with more than 75 participants to Drive Breast Cancer to the Curb. 

Jackson County Executive Frank White, Jr. presented breast cancer survivor and local business owner Lonnie Bush with a proclamation for her charity and support of those needing assistance with their cancer treatments. Lonnie is a local fitness instructor who dedicates her time to help cancer patients who are experiencing the same struggles she faced during her treatment.
