    Circuit Court Changes Locations Of Some Hearings
    The Jackson County Circuit Court is making adjustments to insure that the Court can operate as effectively as possible while the courthouse in Kansas City is closed. > MORE DETAILS

    All County Offices Will Be Closed For Presidents' Day Feb. 18
    All Jackson County offices and courthouses will be closed Monday, Feb. 18 in observance of Presidents' Day.
The Jackson County Legislature is required to hold at least 48 regular meetings each year as stated in the Constitutional Home Rule Charter of Jackson County, Missouri.

Note: The Legislative meetings are usually held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday unless it is necessary to change it due to holiday or scheduling conflicts.

The Legislature normally does not meet the weeks of Memorial Day (May) or Labor Day (September).
