Adding a Vehicle
To add a vehicle to your existing individual personal property account you must bring the following documents to our offices:
1) If you are already an established Jackson County resident:

- Please bring your Vehicle Titles, Vehicle Registrations or Renewals
- Or your Missouri Application for Title and Title (If a new purchase, the back of the title must be properly completed)
- Please bring a copy of your Tax Receipt or a Tax Waiver from the county from which you're moving (past 2 years)
- And your Titles, Vehicle Registrations or Renewals
- Or your Missouri Application for Title and Title (if a new purchase, the back of the title must be properly completed)
- Please bring a copy of your Vehicle Registrations (previous 3 years covering January 1)
- And/or documents below can be any combination but must cover January 1 with an out of state address for the past 2 years
- Bank statements (P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted) and/or
- Utility Bill (indicating "service at" address) and/or
- Lease Agreement or Mortgage Payment Statement and/or
- Credit Card statement (P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted)
- Please bring a copy of your Missouri Application for Title and Title (If a new purchase, the back of the title must be properly completed)
- Or your Titles, Vehicle Registrations or Renewals and your LES or DD214 Military Form
