In 2014, COMBAT issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to fund Prevention services (RFP #68-13).  It is important to note that there is no guarantee that agencies funded in 2014 will continue to receive funding in 2015.  The funding process is very competitive.

Agencies desiring to apply for renewal of Prevention funding must submit a renewal funding application.  This process is shorter than the RFP process.  Agencies will be able to submit information regarding any changes to their program from the original submission to the RFP, along with program progress achieved through September 2014.

COMBAT dollars funded over 30 Prevention agencies in 2014, at a cost of approximately $1.3 million for services to Jackson County.

NOTE:  Exhibit E: Outcome Measurement Framework, was left out of the application.  Please use the copy in the box to the right.
