MARRIAGE LICENSES

Searching:
Licenses are available on-line dating back to 1826. CLICK HERE and initiate a search by typing the last name of one of the spouses followed by a comma (,) then enter the first initial of that spouse's first name. If the search results are too numerous, then continue the search by adding the last name of the other spouse.

Applying: The Recorder of Deeds Department is responsible for issuing State of Missouri marriage licenses. CLICK HERE for all the information you need to know about applying for a marriage license, from when and where to apply to all the legal application requirements.
