July 1: The Assessment Department is required to provide final assessment books -- final values -- to the Clerk of the Legislature.
July 1: The Board of Equalization may convene.
First Monday in July: Board of Equalization may meet.
Second Monday in July: The deadline for taxpayers to appeal to the Board of Equalization.
July 10: The Clerk of the Legislature will provide aggregate values -- final total values -- to the State Tax Commission.
Fourth Saturday in August: The Board of Equalization concludes its session. (Date can be extended by the board.)
September 30: The deadline for taxpayers to appeal a Board of Equalization decision to the State Tax Commission.
