It's also a public course with some of the best greens fees you can hope to find. The Fred Arbanas Golf Course has always been a beautiful place to tee the ball up. The 18-hole Championship Course is now better than ever after undergoing a complete makeover that also included remodeling in the club house. Set within Longview Lake Park, the course remains as beautiful as ever. But now it is more intriguing place to play, with all 18 greens and a practice green renovated to meet the United States Golf Association (USGA) "Recommendations for Putting Green Construction." CLICK HERE to learn more about the renovations. The greens on the 18-hole Championship Course now meet United States Golf Association (USGA) "Recommendations for Putting Green Construction."
Renovations to the course did nothing to alter the spectacular views of Longview Lake Park.
The improvements to the course include some additional hazards for players, with new bunkers around greens and along many of the fairways making for a more challenging round of golf.
