Missouri State Statutes 59.163 - Allows for the recording of documents, in any range located in Jackson County, at either courthouse Kansas City or Independence. 59.331 - Definition of sensitive personal identifying information now not only includes social security numbers but also bank account and credit card numbers. 59.332 - Allows for the redaction of sensitive personal identifying information.
