An appointee of the County Executive, the Chief of Inter-Governmental Relations & Communications oversees three County departments -- Communications, Economic Development and Emergency Preparedness & Homeland Security -- as well as the County's Governmental Legislative Consultants. He also coordinates the County's media relations efforts with the Public Information Officer.
