Women's Living History Weekend

Historians and living history re-enactors will examine the life of the early 19th century woman living on the western edge of the American Frontier. Featured demonstrations will include clothing, sewing, and fashion accessories. The contributions of both
Euro-American and Native American women will be highlighted. A special exhibit in the
Fort Osage Education Center will feature original early 19th century items common to women and their use.
