10 Games Remain on the Schedule
for Royals' 2-for-1 Ticket Program

June 11, 2008 (KANSAS CITY, MO) – When the Kansas City Royals take the field Thursday at Kauffman Stadium, Jackson County residents will be able to purchase one ticket and get a second one free. The game Thursday against the Texas Rangers is one of 10 remaining on the Royals’ home schedule that are part of the special Jackson County 2-for-1 ticket promotion.

The Royals are making this offer to County residents as a “thank you” for supporting renovations at the Truman Sports Complex. Among the most visible renovations already in place at Kauffman Stadium is the new high-def scoreboard.
