Everyone is guaranteed to have a doggone good time at Dogtober Fest.

Contests and games include Bobbing for Biscuits, Sack Races, Roll-Over Races, Biscuit Eating, Musical Frisbees, Biscuit Toss, Costume Contest, Dog/Owner Look-Alikes, Biggest Dog and Smallest Dog.

Fun matches include Obedience, Agility and Rally.

AKC Canine Good Citizen certification testing is available throughout the day.

Competition is offered in Dock Diving and Frisbee Catching. For those pooches perhaps not quite ready for competition there will be workshops for all levels in those two areas as well as Agility.

On a more serious note, we have demonstrations that include Police Dogs, Search and Rescue Dogs, Sheep Herding, Draft and Carting, Agility and Water Rescue.

There will also be booths for Adopt-A-Pet, breed clubs, pet resorts, doggie day care, training clubs, service dogs, groomers, dog bakeries, veterinarians and a wide-array of dog related products and services.
