Shelters located at Longview Lake, Blue Springs Lake, Lake Jacomo and several outlying parks are available for use beginning May 1 through September 30. Reservations are accepted beginning January 2 for shelter use during the calendar year. Reservations may be made in person or by phone. Payments will be accepted by check or by MasterCard, Visa or Novus/Discover at the time of reservation. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis each year. Reservations must be a minimum of 7 days in advance of the date requested and the person making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. All shelter use is by reservation only. Reservations will be confirmed by permit issuance. Reservations may be canceled with 10 days notice and the return of the issued permit. There will be a $5.00 service charge on all shelter house refunds.

Fleming Park Meeting Hall This multi-use facility is located on Woods Chapel Road and is available for year round rental. The large meeting area (capacity of 75 people) and full utility kitchen make this hall perfect for organizational meetings and family gatherings. Rental fees are as follows: Hourly Rates
