Special Activity Permits
All facility/shelter reservations, boat/motor, dock/dry storage and special activity permits may be obtained at the Fleming Park Permits and Reservations Office. The office is located at 22807 Woods Chapel Road, Blue Springs, Missouri 64015 and is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, January 1 through March 31, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days a week, April 1 through September 30, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, October 1 through December 31. Seasonal boat/motor permits are also available at Longview Lake Marina and the Jackson County Collector's Offices (Kansas City and Independence).
