What are the fees for filing a UCC?
The filing fees for UCC filings are as follows:
- Officer Certificate of Filing Information: $8.00
- Officer Certificate of Copy Information: $8.00
For copy requests, there is an $8.00 charge which includes up to ten pages, and $.50 per page for each page after ten pages.
Can I call in and do a UCC search over the telephone?
No. Jackson County ordinances specifically prohibit UCC searches over the telephone.
