Permits

Here is permit information on building, boat dock and septic wastewater systems . Permits are taken Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until noon and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the Public Works Tech Center, 303 W. Walnut, Independence, Missouri. We strongly encourage you to download the information on all permits before coming to the office so you will have all the information you need.
