Acting Director: Q. Troy Thomas The Finance and Purchasing Department maintains general and subsidiary ledgers to properly record the financial position and results of operations of the County's 40 funds. Finance processes payroll for all County employees, and processes over 25,000 payments annually for County expenditures. Finance also calculates, prepares and distributes over $540 million tax dollars to more than 40 jurisdictions annually, and prepares the County's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
