Jackson County, Missouri Sexual Offender Registry Terms of Use

Chapter 589 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, authorizes the Jackson County Sheriff to maintain and publish on this website a list of persons convicted of certain sex offenses which require them to register as sex offenders.

Even though every effort is made to provide accurate and current information, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained herein, as this information is provided to our office by Federal, State and local Law Enforcement Agencies, Correctional Facilities, the Missouri Highway Patrol, Missouri Probation and Parole Office, as well as the offenders themselves.

Any person who uses information obtained through this website to threaten, intimidate or harass another, to commit any criminal act, or who otherwise misuses the information may be subject to criminal prosecution and/or civil liability.
