You can use 3 options to search for your account:
  • A - Insert your Property Account (Parcel) Number. This number is included on your tax statement, and it is the most direct method of searching our database to locate the account you are seeking.
  • B - Enter the owner name. Be sure to follow the instructions closely regarding entry of last name then first name followed by an asterisk: Smith Samuel*
  • C - You can also search via property address. Again, follow instructions closely regarding the use of asterisks, which can be used in a street number to obtain a list of addresses on a block.

If you use the parcel number included on your tax statement (option A), you will go directly to the account associated with that number.

But if you use either a name (B) or an address (C), you'll get a result listing, showing names, addresses and parcel numbers. From this list, click on the underlined blue "Parcel Number" to access the account that matches the name/address you were searching for.

Personal property accounts are 9 digits. Real estate accounts include dashes and multiple zeroes.
